What Causes Irritation Near My Anus And Perineum?
Since Saturday night I felt irritation near my Anus and penerium . When I examined myself I notice lots of little pimple spots with white heads and then on the penerium 2 boil like things. What could this be? It hurts to touch, wipe and to go to the bathroom.

The symptoms seem to be related to an infection of the hair follicle. I recommend to use an antibacterial soap for cleaning. I also suggest using an antibiotic cream such as Neosporin cream for local application.
