What Causes Irritation On The Penis?

For the past several week my meatus on the tip of my penis has been irritated to the point that its uncomfortable wearing underwear. I have had no sexual activity except I masterbated 3 times in one day and I noticed they symptoms occurred the next day. I went to the doctors and took a urine test which turn out fine.
