What Causes Irritation While Ejaculating?

i am 18 i have a problem. When i urinate i tend to dribble more than i think i should i have to squeeze the rest out. Also after ejaculation (if i urinate right after, i feel like i have to for a while afterward) and there is slight irriation during ejacutlation, i also have shiny red dots on my penis but no pain or anything. please help me

Hi,

The “slight” irritation and the urine drops don’t concern me in a 18 y.o. The red dots do. So pls. make an appointment with a GP, or urologist, or dermatologist. Regarding the drops after urinating: if the urologist doesn’t find a reason (most likely in your age) you may want to wear inlays in your underpants, e.g. made by Tena, that keep your pants dry. Many men have this problem, just nobody speaks about it. Don’t be ashamed.
