What Causes Itchiness After Changing The Soap?

Okay so I am 16 years old and I changed my soap 3 days ago from Tone to Dove and I became very itchy and red and I have a discharge that is like cottage cheese. This has happened before when I use different soaps no matter what kind. And when I use the soap for so long t goes away and everything is fine(this has happened maybe 3 times). Should I be extremely worried or am I okay? I m scared to tell my mom
