What Causes Itchiness And Blood Flow From Anus?

Hi I am a29 year old male, 5,11" 185 lbs. I am healthy and never had any serious medical problems. I have been having trouble with my anus. It gets very itchy sometimes and there is blood on the toilet paper after bowel movements. Also lately I've noticed a fishy odor accompanied by mucus in that area. What do you think the problem is?
