What Causes Itchiness And Pain In The Ear?

A few months ago in my right ear everything sounded really muffled and was itchy an painful. Sometimes my hearing still sounds muffled in my right ear and it still gets really itchy an painful an sometimes when I clean my ears there is blood what could this be? Help please

I really appreciate your concern, chances of wax impaction is very likely and this need to be ruled out and if this is the case then this need to be removed, better to see the ENT surgeon for this, or try some ear drops that dissolve the wax "Turpentine oil" some time this could be helpful, hope this information helps, take care.
