What Causes Itchiness Around The Testicles After Intercourse?

Priced at $19.00

I would like to know. I had sex with a girl with a condom. There was no orgasm from either of us. However, at one point, I may have had minor contact with her genitals. It was hardly much sex involved. Maybe less 30 seconds of contact. After sex, I had great urge to urinate. After about 30 minutes, I felt an unbelievable crazy itch around the testicles. I washed it off with soap and water, felt better. After about 1 year (no sex at ever after that stupid incident), I still feel a bit itchy around testicles, my penis skin looks a little scaly and kind of lost pigmentation. It feels a little sore like a laceration on the penis. When I feel like unrinating, sometimes the testes feel itchy around testes. I have never had any kind of discharge. Maybe a minute discharge (not yellow, maybe clear or grey) probably after months from the incident. No odour. Nothing specific. Hard to describe. It was not recurring though. However, I have a small black like wart that appears on the area above between the navel and where the penis. Its hardly noticeable, but I dont shave and its quite hairy down there. I have notice a couple of time a pimple like thing appears in that place, then it becomes black (not cauliflower) and can be peeled off. Bleeds if so (When its hairy it generally appears otherwise doesnt). I have noticed it to appear only when hairy. Even after 6 years there can be tingling sensation in the testicles esp when wanting to urinate. I applied some garlic over the testicles and it almost completely eradicated the itchiness, which is now almost gone for the testicles. But the penis still has some sore skin. Nothing bad, no discharge nothing. I got hairy penis as well. But all this after the sex. Not immediate, but after 1 year or so. Also ther are small black moles on penis now (I am not sure). Never there before. I hope this is not STD or STI and some bacterial type minor infection. Its been about 6 years now after that stupid incident. I hope I dont have any STD. I would like to get a medical test, and it could be some fungal infection. I wonder how serious this is and if it shows in my blood test. Will it be label me as a serious health problem. Other than that, that's it. No symptoms or problems. Is this serious and will it show directly in a blood test, urine test or stool test?

Hi,

That sounds like an interesting case. What you need is reassurance that you don’t have a STD and no other infectious disease. I strongly doubt that you have such, but it’s better to be safe than sorry. Every good pharmacy can sell you test kits for STDs. So test yourself. If you want to be sure there a no fungus, use a anti-fungal cream (OTC) for 7 days. And maybe you should show your GP this body region in order to rule out anything else.

The weird sensation around your penis may be connected to sexual arousal without a proper ejaculation. There are so many glands involved and so many nerve endings in this region that an unsuccessful intercourse, or sexual arousal without a proper release of semen and prostate fluid (ejaculation) can cause a broad variety of symptoms.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
