What Causes Itchiness In The Vagina And Cloudy Bad Odor Urination?
Hi. I am a 49 year old female (birthday yesterday). I am reading about UTIs. The symptoms that I ve experienced (from the common symptoms) are: Symptoms of a urinary tract infection include the following: Itching in the genital area, Pain along the right flank, Cloudy looking urine, possibly with pus and Unpleasant smell to urine. I have had 3 UTIs in 2011, 2 in 2012 & 2013, 1 in 2014 and 2015 (thus far). Could there be something more severe wrong?
Hi, dear I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. You may have urinary tract infection. You should go for urine routine and microscopic examination as well as culture and sensitivity test. Then you should take treatment accordingly. Levofloxacin or norfloxacin can be helpful. It is prescription based medicine so consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly. You have repeated urinary tract infection so you should check your blood sugar level also. Because diabetes is the most common cause of recurrent urinary tract infection. Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
