What Causes Itchiness, Tiny Cracks At The Urinary Opening?

Hi, I am a 33 years old man, weighing 66 kg and 1,69 tall. I have a problem with my pee hole. It is very itchy and has tiny cracks (look like very small holes). I have visited different GPs and urologists and was given creams which never helped. This has been going on for the past two years. I am very frustrated and depressed too. There is no bleeding whatsoever. Please help

Respected user, hi I evaluated your query thoroughly .
* As per your narration it seems most probably due to recurrent infection /
inflammation of the foreskin giving rise to balanoprosthitis .
* usually occurs due to excess of foreskin , foreskin not possible to get fully
retracted back , recurrent bacterial / viral / fungal infections of the glans,
improper hygienic care , certain STD or others
* Not mentioned here is status of foreskin retraction , history of exposure ,
associated systemic ailments , any evaluations done till now for diagnosis
these information would be more appreciable to give more clues in the
issue .
* So nothing to get frustrated , it is totally curable dear .
Hope this clears your query .
