What Causes Itching All Over The Body?
Yes for two days I have been itching, and we just hired a new employee, who has been using my office while I was away for the past four days who is also homeless and been sleeping in her car for about 5 weeks. . Anyway I started noticing these small red bugs crawling over my desk with about ten or twelve legs on it. It is not a tick I know what they look like. But every day I have been in my office immediately I start itching

The most probable cause could be those insects which you mentioned.
Get your office disinfested.
You can apply a mild steroid cream like cortisone twice daily for a week and take an antihistamine tablet like cetrizine for itch.
