What Causes Itching All Over The Scalp While On Terbinafine?
After 10 days on terabinafine I starting feeling itchy all over my scalp. The next day it was my head and neck. The next evening it was my tongue and mouth and lips , as well as scalp and neck. I didn t take that evenings dose. The next morning was the worst , my throat felt tight . Is it possible to have an allergy even after discontinuing medication?

If the drug was not completely eliminated as yet from the body then the reaction would still be present.
The use of an oral antihistamine would help to treat your allergic response.
One of these would be available over the counter.
