What Causes Itching And Bumps In Scalp Of A 9 Year Old?

My 9 year old daughter started complaining about her scalp being itchy. She also has three bumps that are itchy as well. two are located on her scalp and the third is behind her ear. I have no idea what this could be. We just switched shampoos so I was wondering if this could be an allergic reaction?

It can be contact dermatitis or scalp infection. You should consult a dermatologist for this complaints at the earliest.
