What Causes Itching And Burning In The Buttocks And Yeast Medication Has Not Helped?
Hi for the past 2 months I've been experiencing itching and burning when I pee on my perineal area I looked at UT and it looks raw there not blisters but today a lump appeared inside my buttocks I jus went to the Dr he have me medication for yeast but the irritation remain what shall I do

From history it seems that you might be having fungal infection super added with bacterial infection.
Go for one antibiotic and anti-fungal oral tablet course.
Apply triple acting cream after proper cleaning.
Go for stool test to rule out worm infestation as well.
