It may be lichen Simplex chronicus. Kindly, consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment.
Antihistaminic, steroids in tapering dose and local mild steroid cream may be considered. Avoid soap bath, Dettol liquid may be used for bath.
