What Causes Itching And Numbness On Toes?

I have had n itchy and sometimes numbing sensation on my seconds toe for about 4 days. There is no pain, redness or swelling. The itch doesn t seem to be going away n there is no insect bite mark. I have just had bloodwork done and glucose levels were all within range. What could this be??
