What Causes Itching And Pain Along With Bleeding From The Anus?

Hi, I am embarrassed by what is going on, but also in pain itching and bleeding in the inside and out of my anal. It s about a year. I have bumps on top bumps ( lesions ) that won t heal. One doctor said I had hemoroids, the other said she doesn t see hemoroids but from having baby s the lining of my bowel is falling out. I should mention that 7 years ago I had my ladder pulled up, there was leakage and about a year ago I was examined and my bladder had fallen, it was is a sling, I think. Back to what is happening I had the same doctor exam me again and inside my vagina and rectum I have small had bumps that do not hurt or bother me, but they look disgusting in my vagina. I might as well mention, I have not had intercourse in 5 years. My son will be 4years old in 2weeks. Ok anyway that doctor said that it looks like skin tags in my vagina, but not sure what is going on in my anal, but concernered, also not to mention there s leakage of yellowish discharge and stool sometime fall out when I bend over. The worst is it looks like a size of almost a loonie know and it s raw, red, and it s so it hie especially a night when I sleep. Also I bath twice a day because it s a bad smell. Oh Ya the Dr. Sent me to a gene, and he referred me to a surgeon next month. Can you tell me what it might be? Thank you Patty
