What Causes Itching And Painful Anus?
Hello um this is really awkward for me but the last couple days when ever I poop my butthole starts to sting/itch and when I pooped earlier today I noticed something that looked like a long worm covered in poop I was wandering what cause your butthole to itch/sting and should I be concerned?

You seem to have worm infestation of your bowels. The itching may be caused due to that.
Treatment:
Tab mebendazole 100mg twice daily for 3 days.
for the pain apply local ansthetic gel at your anal area after you pass stool.
It is advisable for other household members to take the same treatment as these worms easily spread from one person to another...especially in a household.
A second course of this treatment may be required after two weeks if the symptoms persist.
