I can understand your concern for itching and red bumps on skin of your daughter.
It is quite long time since your daughter has these itching and red bumps on skin and doesn’t seem to be scabies.
" Papular urticaria" or also known as "insect bite hypersensitivity" is due to over activity or due number of white blood cells increases transiently. Therefore it is an hypersensitivity which is visible itself in the method of red areas which your daughter is experiencing.
Most important part is prevention of mosquito bite. Let her wear complete clothes and prevent all the chances of insect bite. Ask her to wear cotton clothes and not synthetic clothes.
