What Causes Itching And Redness In Genital Area?

I have a seven year old daughter. Over the years her genial area has gotten red and itchy which I assumed was a minor yeast infection. A couple of days of baths always cleared it up. Late week however her vaginal area was very red and the next day I discovered she has three pimple-like bumps in her inner bum cheek. It has been four days and while the redness has subsided she is very itching and is constantly still scratching which once again make the area red. I am taking her to the doctor tomorrow but I very worried about what this might be.

Hi,
It seems that she might be having yeast infection.
Apply anti-fungal cream.
If require give her one oral course of anti-fungal medicine after consulting your doctor.
Many a time due to poor local hygiene there might be having irritation and infection.
Keep local hygiene proper.
Clean local area with running water while giving shower.
Rule out possibility of having worm infestation.
Ok and take care.
