Hi, It seems that you may be having fungal infection called tinea corporis with candidal intertrigo. There may be severe to mild itching,burning,pain and stinging sensation. Perspiration, wetness due to water after bath,soap..etc might exacerbate the disease. Poor immunity, anaemia, internal diseases ..etc might be ruled out. Improve hugiene,take dettol containing water bath. Have healthy food to improve general health. Avoid wetness. Antifungal like itroconazole or ketoconazole may be taken for few weeks. Apply antifungal cream like clotrimazole. Antihistaminics like levocetirizine may be taken to relieve itching. You consult dermatologist for firm diagnosis and treatment. I hope you got my answer.
