hello doctor, From last 1 month i am facing this problem i had severe Itching redness in forehead of my penis cannot able to pull down my penis fore skin back its very painful and gettg tight on the tip. i had done the urine test in which it was seen as pus cell - 15-25/hpf & epithelial cell:- 3-5/hpf & Bacteria + & WBC Count high with some sugar content i had gone to my family doctor he is suggesting blood test for sugar but the symptons are of yeast infection. Please help
