Hello,

Since when is you suffering from? It may be due to muscular spasm like serratus muscle or interscapular muscles. Use tablet aceclofenac and paracetamol twice a day for five days. Use tablet evion lc twice a day for five days. Cold compression and vitamin c intake may help.
