What Causes Itching And White Patches On Testicles?
I am 50 , 6 ft, 62 kgs married with 3 grown ups. I have intense itching on my balls mostly at night, white patches on underside of both testes. Wife has no such problem. I got dark brown patches on the back between the shoulders and one on the chest. I suffer from gastritis for which I take Omeprazol or Pantoprazol 20 mg once or twice daily along with Duspatalin retard and Librax at night.

Consult with dermatologist,who would investigate history and physically examine to fix the cause of -white patches with itching on testicles.
Terbinafine / Limisil orally 250 mg x 1 x 6 weeks with Limisil cream daily
Tab Loratidine- if need be, is the treatment of choice for its Cure.
