Going by the description of your symptoms, it could simply be a vaginal yeast infection because it is itchy; associated with white discharge. The white spots could be from thick curdy discharge that accompanies vaginal yeast infection. However, I would like to rule out possibility of Herpes Genitalis which may be associated with vaginal yeast infection; pain and discomfort during sex make me suspect this as well. I would suggest that you visit a dermatologist in your region for a confirmatory diagnosis as well as appropriate prescription. Regards
