What Causes Itching And White Worms?

one night i started ichen and it got un controlably iam only 13 yrs old so i went to the toilt and i had the runs and all these little white worms were riggling aroud it was so scary i dont fell like telling any one i fell like an alian like i have a diease can u please tell me whats wrong
