What Causes Itching Around Labia?

Hi I have a problem with my labia majora it is extremely itchy and very sore and weepy the skin is very dry and hard and my vaginal opening and inner vagina also itches I wipe it with a fem fresh wipe then put Eurax on it seems to work then 6 hours later itch ie back please help
