What Causes Itching Bottom?

Hi I am 44 very healthy & never go to the doctors(never have reason) I am currently taking antibiotics for a virus(probably) but after I clean my bottom even shower and wash, about an hour later I have to clean my bottom again as I have slight leakage which causes itchyness, this has just startied happening and I have now completed my course of tablets, my diet is low in fat and very healthy also unchanged in the last year.
Please help.
