What Causes Itching Bumps With Fluid Discharge Around Anus?

Hello, I have been tested for all stds twice, and both times results came back negative. Now I am experiencing itching around my anus, and I have these cluster of bumps that I thought were hair bumps, so I removed all the hair from them and now they are releasing a clear fluid. I am very scared I have never experienced something of this nature, and I was just tested again for all studs Monday before these bumps appeared. What could this be?

Dear-thanks for using our service, I understand your concern and will give you my advise. First of all,you might be experiencing an allergy or just dermatitis in an area that is very humid and sensitive. If your std test has been negative, you should not worry that this is related to that. I will suggest to use a medicated soap and white cotton underware to see if you have an improvement. You should keep the area dry too with medicated powder.
I hope that my advise has been helpful
