What Causes Itching, Burning And Swelling Around The Eyes?

I am 62; I have had glaucoma now for about 6 years, and have been treated by various eye drops. My most recent has been Cosopt. About a month ago I began to develop terrible itching, burning, swelling around the eyes on my skin, below and eye lids. My Ophtamologist changed my gtts to preservative free. Also she ordered lotamax drops. I am still in agony with my eyes. I take antihistamines around the clock. Any thoughts? Also, I bought a new puppy in October; could I have developed an allergy to my puppy?

you arenhaving drug sensitivity consult ophthal mologist and go for change of drugs. drops tablet and surgical option are available. your treating doctor has to decide the option. take regular iot. gonioscopy is to be done and water drinking and dark room test can be done can be examined by slit lamp and angle closer open angle or oclusio pupil is to be diagnosed.
