OB & GYN Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

This is a way of body to react to anal sex. there may be fissure. which will take time to heal unless until there is fissure or any other cause present. Apply local anesthetic gel eg lignocain or xylocain. Prevent constipation, drink lots of warm water. If you’re experiencing heavier bleeding, though, it could be a sign of an underlying condition or injury that should be addressed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Richa Agarwal, OBGYN
