What Causes Itching In Ears With Fluid Discharge?

My ears have been weeping and itching excessively, wax is stuck and gone hard inside my ears. I have noticed bleeding from my ears too, they are very soar and they have been like this for weeks now and i have suffered with migraines for the best part of my life. They are getting worse and i am experiencing shaking in my hands and head. My eyes sometimes blackout and my ears do alot of ringing atleast twice a week. Could you shed some light on this please?

Hi,

Welcome to HCM,

I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.

Bleeding followed by leaking suggests, ear drum infection (could be a perforation in drum).

It is not related your migraine, all symptoms like heaviness in head, blackness around your eyes could be due to spreading infection.

In my opinion, you require ent consultation, for ear cleaning, assessment of ear drum and course of antibiotics. meanwhile, keep your ear dry( plug the ear canal with dry cotton, so that water wil not enter).

all the best, take care.
