Hi,

As per your query, you have symptoms of itching in the face resulting in sore spots.

Need not to worry. You should start with Accutane as it contains isotretinoin and is used to treat severe cases. Drink plenty of water. Apply betnovate. If the condition doesn't start getting better in a week then consult a dermatologist for proper examination and treatment. The doctor may prescribe an oral antibiotic course clindamycin. Take diet rich in fruits, green leafy vegetables and salad.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Harry Maheshwari, Dentist
