What Causes Itching In Palms,hands,legs And Back?
I started having itching in the palms of my hands, now it has spread to my feet and the rest of my hands and to my legs and back, it just seems to start up out of the blue, and then subsides after a while, but it is very bothersome, any idea what could be causing it.

The symptoms you describe are fitting with the diagnosis of urticaria. Urticaria is an hypersensitivity reaction to either external allergen or due to an autoimmune process.Certain foods containing artificial fragrances ,sour food and fermented food can also induce urticaria. Oral antihistamines like fexofenadine may also be used to reduce itching along with topical soothing lotions like calamine lotion. Regards.
