What Causes Itching In Scalp And Dryness Of Vagina?

i am 63 years old and have been on HRT since i was 50 after a heysterectomy my doctor has taken me off HRT now but i have never felt so off colour hot flushes dry vagina irritable and depressed and now my scalp is itchy but no dandruff i am at a loss what to do !!

Hello. All these symptoms are caused by menopause. This happens because you are no longer receiving the estrogens from the HRT. Your scalp, just like the rest of your skin dries, causing the itchiness. For this I recommend a Moisturizing Shampoo, applying baby oil two times a week can help as well.
As for the Vagina, you should visit a gynecologist, to see what he recommends.
