1. Were I treating you, I would prescribe you an antihistamine like levocetirizine or hydroxyzine for 2-3 days for treatment of the reaction.
2. I would suggest you allergy testing for the foods that you react to. I would suggest you to avoid those particular foods for at least 3-6 months followed by "trying" small amounts of food to know whether you still react.
