What Causes Itching In The Clit And Outer Vagina?

I m a 17 year old healthy female I weigh 105lbs and am 5 3 tall. I am currently sexually active. I have been noticing itching around my clit and outter vagina. I have cream for a yeast infection, but I do not know if that is what I have. I did have discharge, more then normal but it was all at once. It wasn t cottage cheese like, but looked as if a male ejaculated in me (that didn t happen). When I sit it s itchy and burns, and I am very uncomfortable. I don t have access to go see a doctor so I m hoping what I have described will help. Thank you.
