What Causes Itching In Throat And Headache?

Hello doctor, my husband suffered from viral fever on July 29th to Aug 34rd and on 4th august he was fine, after that he recovered, but since yesterday, he started to have itching in the throat, and today he is feeling tired, headache, but without fever. can you please let me know what could be the reason and how should i go about.
