General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Your symptoms seem to be related to dyshidrosis.
Dyshidrosis is a skin condition that causes small, fluid-filled blisters to form on the palms of the hands and sides of the fingers.
I suggest using an antihistamines such as Cetirizine 10 mg for the itching.
I also suggest using Betametasone cream for local application.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
