What Causes Itching On Inner Thighs And At Lower Back?

Hi I m having extreme itching at my inner thighs and at the lower back on which we sit...I m using neo clobenate but it burns like hell and I m not feeling like it is being cured. My skin there has been in patches nd they swell after itching.I m suffering from this since many days and I now want it to be cured. please help.

I have read your query in detail and can well understand your concern.

You are most probably suffering from a fungal infection.
Remember to wear loose cotton clothing specially when at home.
Avoid hot humid climate, keep the affected area dry and avoid synthetic innerwear..
Do not use any over-the-counter medication like neoclobenate over this area as it will only increase the problem and may also result in secondary infection.

Antifungal medicine, both oral and topical medicine for 1-2 months will completely cure you of this disease

However, to confirm the diagnosis, You should get a KOH examination of skin done.

Or you can put up a picture of the affected area for clinical diagnosis.
