What Causes Itching On Neck, Arms And Side Of My Face?
I have hives or something it started last Friday my neck started itching my neck turned red it was like that all weekend it itches then on Monday I started getting wilt on my neck and now it has gotten worse it s on my arms and side of the face. The first ones have turned into sore it burns and itch very bad.
