What Causes Itching On Penis With Discomfort In Urination?
So my boyfriend tells me that the shaft if his penis itches....and when he urinates it feels like there is something inside...he did mention that it is becoming more uncomfortable when he urinates...could you please help and tell us what this problem could be. Thanks

Is there any history sexual contact... any discharge per urethra. Rule out urinary infection with urine routine and culture. Rule out ant stone disease or bladder debris with ultrasound KUB.
It could be urethritis only. Based on culture report give him antibiotics and NSAIDS. If he has STD, give him appropriate antibiotic based on type o discharge and urine teports. He will improve.
