What Causes Itching Outside The Anus?

Age 30, 5.5, health history good. Never had such a recent infection: It is smooth inside the anus but near the rim. Itching and sometimes it feels like there is something crawling out. May I know the name of the infection/disease and well, whatever you want to advise me from your good heart. Thanks.

thank you for putting up your query on HCM.
as per your history, you may have parasitic infection around the Anus.
my treatment advise would be:
1. maintain hygiene.
2. wash the area with warm water twice a day.
3. you may take tab albendazole 400 mg one tab stat.
4. also, you may take levocetrizine twice a day for itching.
consult a doctor, if symptoms are persistent.
