What Causes Itching Sensation In The Vaginal Area?

Everytime I rub my clit, the next day i ve got this itch on my Labia Minora (I think it s called). It s just on one side, and it s like there s a dry sensation and a horrible itch! And it lasts for One or two weeks without me rubbing...again! By the way, I m 18 yo and I m a virgin! Plz help.
