What Causes Itching Sensation Of Vaginal Area After Having Antibiotics?
Hi im 36 weeks pregnant i recently went to the emergency room because my urine was dark red I was then put on urinary tract infection medicine last week my OB told me I had no more urinary tract infection to stop taking my medication I was then put on a steroid because I couldnt stop itching. she thought my itching was caused by the antibiotic recently I have went to the bathroom an my pee is dark orange

Sometimes because of antibiotics women get fungal infection in the vagina , commonly known as thrush. It can cause severe itching and can be treated with anti fungal medication. Regarding dark orange urine it can be due to some antibiotics like nitrofurantoin or it can be a sign of dehydration ie you are not drinking enough water.
