What Causes Itching Sensation While On Lamotrigine?

Hi, I m taking lamotrigine for anti-seizure medicine. I just started it a month ago. Overall, it has stopped my symptoms that were mini / silent seizures, but I am starting to get itching/burning sensations that are unbearable and causing me to be sleepless. I know these are possible serious side effects from the drug, but I also have psoriasis and when I m about to have a flare-up, I get similar feelings. Should I be concerned that I m having symptoms? I m not sure and it is 12:40 AM and no doctors offices are open except the ER.
