Im a 29 year old healthy female with no children. F or the past week I've had a lot of itching on my right nipple. Noticed the past few days it feels hot to the touch...not sure if thats from the exsessive itching. Also thare are tiny little spots on the nipple itself. Wasn't sure wheter to wait and see if it clears up of it's own accord or to see my g.p. I don't want to look stupid.
