It may be inter gluteal intertrigo. Kindly consult the dermatologist. After through examination, he might give proper treatment.
I would suggest...
- apply combined cream of steroid and clotrimazole
- Antihistaminics
- antibiotic
- antifungal
- Sitz bath in dettol mixed water
