I went through your history and would like to make suggestions for you as follows:
1. From your history, I would first think of urticaria.
2. They can be self-limiting, usually in response to change in environment like temperature or humidity. They can also occur due to sweating or increase body heat.
3. I would suggest you to take antihistamines like levocetirizine for symptoms relief.
4. I would also suggest you to apply lotion like calamine over itchy areas.
5. Please do not scratch itchy areas as scratching aggravates itching.
6. In general, I would suggest you to avoid too hot/spicy foods/beverages, activities causing excessive sweating and tight-fitting, woolen clothes. In my opinion, loose-fitting, cotton clothes would be a good option.
