What Causes Itchy Brownish Bad Odor Vaginal Discharge?

I have ocd and constantly use handsanitizer. Im sexually active and my partner is the only person ive been with. He has no stds. I have like a pink brown kind of smelly discharge and massive irritation ; itchy at first, kind of itchy still and painful. Could the handsanitizer caused it and what could it be??

Hello

Vaginal discharge with itching may be due to fungal infection(candida)etc.
You may need clinical examination and further tests.
You may need routine hemogram,random blood sugar,urine RE/ME,culture and sensitivity of discharge material etc.
You may need specific drugs for fungus(candida is the most common) like clotrimazole.
Clotrimazole tablet(100 mg) for vaginal use can be taken.One tablet is to be inserted deep inside the vagina at night for six consecutive nights.
You may also need perineal wash.It will correct local pH and relieve from symptoms.
It is most likely not related to handsanitizer.
