Hi there. I have a couple things to ask about. The first being an occasional bump or two around my anus, that itch & get sore. When they flare up, it s also hard to wipe after defecating. Not always a bother, but when it is it s very uncomfortable. The second thing would be the itchiness/tingling at the top of my penis, inside the urethra after ejaculation. What could be the cause of these two things?
The possible diagnosis of the condition based on the description of the lesions is furunculosis which is an infection of the hair follicle. It can be treated with topical antibacterial creams like mupirocin. You must avoid pricking or fiddling with them. A short course of oral antibiotic like azithromycin might also help. Experiencing slight tingling senation post ejaculation is a normal phenomenon and occurs due to increased vascularity of the penile skin.Consult your dermatologist regarding the above mentioned therapy. Regards
